The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has established data transmission deadlines for nursing homes submitting NHIFT data.
Data can be transmitted via My QualityNet to the QIO Clinical Warehouse prior to the submission deadline. Only data submitted according to the deadlines listed above will qualify for inclusion in measure calculation for performance and comparison reports.
The required clinical data for each nursing home must be successfully accepted into the QIO Clinical Warehouse by 11:59 p.m. Central Time no later than the submission deadline. Submission deadlines are the second Tuesday of the second month.
