Maintenance downtime scheduled

QualityNet will be unavailable from 7 p.m. CST on Friday, Nov. 20, through 6 a.m. CST on Monday, Nov. 23, to allow for scheduled maintenance. This will affect submission of data to the QIO Clinical Warehouse and other QualityNet applications.

Doctors Office Quality - Information Technology (DOQ-IT)

The Doctor's Office Quality – Information Technology (DOQ-IT) program has ended.

Access to all DOQ-IT-related programming and resources on QualityNet (e.g., online registration, data submission, reports) ended April 16, 2009.

QualityNet requires Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled on it.

Steps to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the Tools menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the dialog box, choose the Security tab.
  4. Click on Custom Level.
  5. Set Active Scripting to Enable.
  6. Click OK to close the custom settings dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the Options dialog.
