Heart Care

The heart care measures focus on changing processes of care designed to improve outcomes for patients admitted to the hospital with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure. Core measures for heart care have been developed for optimal outcome. Some of these measures include the speed of initial response, symptom recognition, and quality treatment for successful treatments.
