Reporting Hospital Quality Data for Annual Payment Update (RHQDAPU)

Getting Started

To participate in the Reporting Hospital Quality Data for Annual Payment Update (RHQDAPU) initiative:

  1. Complete the Reporting Hospital Quality Data for Annual Payment Update (RHQDAPU) Notice of Participation (Pledge Form), PDF-73 KB.

  2. Complete QualityNet Registration.

  3. Submit data via My QualityNet to the QIO Clinical Warehouse according to the Data Submission Deadlines. Hospitals utilizing a vendor to submit data on their behalf must first complete the online authorization process, accessible from My QualityNet. Annual Payment Update will be based on data submitted for the RHQDAPU FY 2011 Reporting Quarters (PDF–69 KB, Word–56 KB).

QualityNet requires Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled on it.

Steps to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the Tools menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the dialog box, choose the Security tab.
  4. Click on Custom Level.
  5. Set Active Scripting to Enable.
  6. Click OK to close the custom settings dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the Options dialog.
