Maintenance downtime scheduled

QualityNet will be unavailable from 7 p.m. CDT on Friday, May 17, through 5 a.m. CDT on Monday, May 20, to allow for scheduled maintenance. This may affect submissions  to the data warehouses and use of QualityNet applications.

Known Issues

The known issues associated with inpatient Hospital Reporting— particularly, the functionality of applications and reports that support the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program— are outlined in the following documents, which are updated to reflect issue resolutions and/or any newly identified issues.

QualityNet requires Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled on it.

Steps to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the Tools menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the dialog box, choose the Security tab.
  4. Click on Custom Level.
  5. Set Active Scripting to Enable.
  6. Click OK to close the custom settings dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the Options dialog.
