Ambulatory Surgical Centers Quality Reporting (ASCQR) Program

The ASC Quality Reporting Specifications Manual provides measure information and specifications for Medicare’s ASC Quality Reporting Program. These standardized measures were selected by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to measure the quality of care for patients in the ASC setting.

Over time, it will be necessary to present more than one version of the manual on this web page so that a specific data collection time period (i.e., based on ASC dates of service) can be associated with the applicable manual.
