Final CY 2012 OPPS rule issued

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued final rule CMS-1525-FC, “Final Changes to the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System and CY 2012 Payment Rates.” It is scheduled to be published in the November 30 Federal Register.

The final rule can be viewed and downloaded from the Hospital Outpatient Regulation and Notices page of the CMS website. Details regarding the Hospital Outpatient Quality Reporting (OQR) program begin on page 1069 of the downloadable PDF file.

  7. Click OK to close the Options dialog.
