QualityNet will be unavailable from 7 p.m. CDT on Friday, May 17, through 5 a.m. CDT on Monday, May 20, to allow for scheduled maintenance. This may affect submissions  to the data warehouses and use of QualityNet applications.

RHQDAPU participation form for FY2008 now available

All hospitals that wish to enroll or remain enrolled in the Reporting Hospital Quality Data for Annual Payment Update (RHQDAPU) program for FY2008 must complete the revised RHQDAPU Notice of Participation form, now available on QualityNet. The form must be signed by the hospital?s CEO and received by the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) no later than Wednesday, August 15, 2007.

QIOs will have until August 20, 2007, to enter these new pledges into the Program Resource System (PRS).

If a hospital elects to withdraw from participation in the RHQDAPU program, it should submit a Withdrawal of Participation form to its QIO. The QIO must receive this form no later than August 15, 2007. (If a hospital withdraws from the RHQDAPU program, it will receive a 2.0 percentage point reduction to its payment update.)

QualityNet requires Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled on it.

Steps to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the Tools menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the dialog box, choose the Security tab.
  4. Click on Custom Level.
  5. Set Active Scripting to Enable.
  6. Click OK to close the custom settings dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the Options dialog.
