QualityNet will be unavailable from 7 p.m. CDT on Friday, May 17, through 5 a.m. CDT on Monday, May 20, to allow for scheduled maintenance. This may affect submissions  to the data warehouses and use of QualityNet applications.

Physician Office Registration

Participants in the 2007 Physician Quality Reporting Initiative (PQRI) wishing to access their PQRI Feedback Reports must register for an IACS account. For more information about the PQRI, see the PQRI Overview on the CMS website.

QualityNet requires Internet Explorer with JavaScript enabled on it.

Steps to enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the Tools menu option at the top of the page.
  2. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu.
  3. From the dialog box, choose the Security tab.
  4. Click on Custom Level.
  5. Set Active Scripting to Enable.
  6. Click OK to close the custom settings dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the Options dialog.
